Outside area: Immersed in the greenery, the village has a large outdoor swimming pool of 16 meters by 8 meters and also a panoramic indoor swimming pool (heated on request) measuring 11 meters by 3.5 meters.
It also has a hydromassage area, a Turkish bath, showers, changing rooms and massage cabins.
In front of the villa there is also a large pergola with access to the kitchen and living room of the main body of the property.
A separate building offers another room of 120 m2. with panoramic window overlooking the valley.
This room, has a sound system, ideal for parties.
The estate is an ideal place to organize weddings, meetings and parties for special occasions.
Tenuta al Borgo hosts 6 guests houses with a maximum welcome, including the extra places, of 43 people.
It also has 4 parking spaces inside the gate of the estate, a covered area outside the gate with 10 parking spaces and in addition another uncovered parking for another 10 cars.
Moreover Pets are allowed.
The TV in the main saloon is a smart TV with Sky System.
