The property is composed of: 1 fully equipped kitchen with (oven, fridge,freezer, table seating capacity 6 people, and terraces 24 square meters. 1 dining room equipped with (fire place, sofa bed ,table seating capacity 6 people and TV SAT. 2 double bedrooms with a balcony which affords a great sea view, and equipped with 1 extra bed each. 2 bathrooms with shower and hair dryer provided. Top notch views from the terrace and house. Comfortable accomodation for a family. Beach and a few beachside restaurants are within walking distance – down around 100 stairs – not a big issue for the able bodied and people of average fitness. Would be a challenge for older people or anyone with mobility or knee issues. But this is typical for the area and not a negative for the individual property. For those who are self-catering, bring a starting amount of food until you get sorted with local arrangements. I highly recommend the property.

This is the place in Conca dei Marini we are coming to for the fourth time. And not in vain. It is wonderful. Every time we find ourselves here, we cannot believe that such incredible beauty really exists in nature.

Separately, it must be said about the house, large, spacious, with windows swinging open directly to the sea, and with a wide terrace on which it is so comfortable to sit in the evening with a glass of wine.

And this time, as always, Francesca organized everything perfectly. We were greeted with true southern Italian hospitality. We were helped to bring things from the parking lot. It was not easy in this vertical world.

In the fridge were fruit, juice and a bottle of wine. And although we previously drove into the store and bought all the necessary products, we were touched by such concern.

Alfredo, who helped us with parking, kindly agreed to take us to the beginning of the Gods Trail (8 km in the mountains), although for this he had to get up at 5 in the morning.

In general, we are happy that once (several years ago) we accidentally found this villa, which we immediately fell in love with and met Francesca.

The villa is as just as beautiful as the pictures portray! The view is stunning and the owners are very helpful. Luigi, who manages the villa, is very kind and generous with information about how to contact restaurants and arrange transportation. The little beach that is next to the villa contains three restaurants with delicious food and friendly service. We liked to play card games while drinking wine and looking at the view and they didn’t rush us at all! Just bring some sensible shoes because you’ll need them for those stairs!

Luigi was fantastic. Room are large and comfortable. The one shower is small but functional but the other is fine. The views are spectacular and 100 steps to the beach. 3 restaurants at the beach and you can get a water taxi to Amalfi. In Almalfi you can get a boat to most places including Capri. There was 4 adults with us and all were comfortable. Nice kitchen but no microwave and coffee pot for regular coffee is not very functional. Day trips are easy and there is a restaurant that will come pick you up that is excellent. Le Bonta Del Capo. They will do cooking classes with the head chef that are with fabulous. Family restaurant that is the best place we ate at in our 2 week vacation including Rome.

Absolutely enjoyable stay, dream location
The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Luigi was very helpful at check-in and check-out, fortunately we did not need bother him during the week since everything worked well. The parking service is indispensable if you rent a car, which is recommendable overall (despite the nerve-wracking drives on the coastal road). Alfredo the parking lot owner was great, always reachable on short notice to bring or pick the car.
Re the apartment you need to be fit to negotiate the steps up (around 300) and down (200, to go to the beach and the beach restaurants – a must!). But you are rewarded with incredible views in the apartment (like in the website pics). It is also very quiet which for us was definitely a plus.
Overall a great vacation!

Beautiful views and nice apartment
Accommodations very comfortable. Beautiful sunrise every morning! Bedrooms very large. 80 steps down to the beach were not bad. Beach was cute and water taxi to Amalfi very convenient. Worth trying one of the 3 restaurants there.
We loved the ambiance.

2 choses à savoir : le salon n est pas très chaleureux, l accès se fait par 10m d escaliers depuis la route de la côte.

Attractively located; great views

Attractively located in a small town, midway down between the Amalfi road and the water. Conca is more genuine (less touristy) than other AMalfi towns. Luigi was very helpful.
As noted by other reviewers, to access anything in these gorgeous coastal towns, one must hike up and down classic Italian/Roman stairs which wind serendipitously. Serious exercise affording breath-taking views. Nowhere to park a car either at this property or practically wherever you’d drive to.

The home was as depicted in the photos. The two bedrooms were very large and comfortable.

My family had a terrific time and can now fully appreciate why UNESCO designated this area (the Amalfi Coast) a world heritage site.

Lovely and peaceful, would love to return.

We enjoyed our stay immensely; the view from the balcony and bedrooms was stupendous. The bedrooms are quite large and spacious. The apartment had a unique character with domed ceilings and beautiful tile floors. The kitchen was adequately furnished for cooking and dining for our party of 4. The Agency was very helpful and communicative, beyond what one might expect. They are ready to assist with any additional plans for tours or rentals and always responded immediately. When we arrived, we were met by the nephew of the owner, who was very helpful for our entire trip. He very kindly helped us with our luggage, but if you feel you would need help, I would ask the agency in advance to arrange it in case one of the ladies at the agency happens to be the one to meet you. Don’t let the steps deter you, the local grocery store up the hill in Conca dei Marini delivers right to the door, so there is no need to lug bottles and groceries down the stairs. The first day we took a trip there to see what they had, and then only needed to send a text to request additional deliveries. We are all in our 60’s and enjoyed the walks down to the beach and up to the town, the views are never ending! There are 3 casual restaurants at the beach, and we enjoyed them all. The fresh seafood was excellent, and they were all very reasonably priced. Quite magical at night with the views! There is also an umbrella and beach chair rental concession at the beach, and they also have a water taxi to take you to the surrounding towns. This was an enjoyable and convenient way to get around. We did have a car, and used it for some longer trips. The Agency arranged for a service to keep the car securely garaged, and all we had to do was send a text and they met us with the car at the top of the road. It was a peaceful and lovely spot for a vacation; we only regret not staying longer!

Our family of 6 spent a wonderful week in this property. The view from the balconies was magnificent! The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. Beach was only few steps away. It offered a number of services, from beach chairs to water taxi or kayak rentals. Among the 3 restaurants, L’Ippocampo Trattoria had best pizza, fresh fish and local wine. We used water taxi to go to Amalfi right from the beach, and took unforgettable boat trips to Positano and Capri. Great place to stay!!

Very much enjoyed our stay in Conca dei Marini. This villa’s reputation is it’s views…..and they are first class, for sure!! Completely satisfied and impressed. Serafina was an exceptional host and resource when we checked in. Apartment was very clear and well equipped. very large. A bit outdated, but sparkling clean. You must be prepared for 195 steps from the road side down to the apartment. We quite enjoyed the exercise…however if you had more than carry on luggage, it would be tough. a bit isolated, but that was one of the things we loved. It would have been nice to be able to watch English news. There was TV, but no English channels. Felt the 150 euro cleaning fee to be a bit much. We thought that staying here was better than staying in Amalfi, because our VIEW was a perfect one of Amalfi….day and night…spectacular!

The best qualities of the villa are the views from the bedrooms and terrace. You will be pinching yourself every time you see it. The two bedrooms are very spacious. There are two washrooms , one is quite large and has a washing machine. The other is tiny. The villa was very clean and functional. However, it is very outdated, so if your looking for something more upscale, this will not be for you. However, it was very comfortable. Easy to get to the Conca dei Marini beach where there are restaurants and beach chairs and umbrellas. A place we’re I would definitely come back to. The locals are very friendly, and we always felt very safe.

Nice location / view and good equiped very nice and helpfull local contactperson.

+200 steps up and down from mainroad to appartment. Car parking again +100 steps and to supermarket +1000 steps. No problem if you are in good shape.

2 bathrooms is too much said. 1 bathroom and 1 toilet with small shower facility is more according reality.

For 4 people to less hot water to take a short shower all after another. This is maybe an easy tip to be given upon arrival.

From booking to arrival everything was very smooth! Arrival- Serafina was welcoming, informative, and great! The villa views are amazing, the villa is spacious and very clean. Close to Amalfi, but far enough out to be very peaceful.

Buongiorno Francesca,
ci siamo trovati molto bene grazie, la casa è molto confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario. L’unica punto “critico” sono i gradini per arrivare al parcheggio, ma sinceramente dopo aver visto lo splendido panorama che si gode dalla terazza ci siamo scordati la fatica fatta !!!
Anche la persona che ci ha ricevuto è stata molto gentile e cortese.
